fine dining restaurant. The menu highlights wine country
cuisine inspired by European recipes featuring locally grown
produce. Patrons are invited to bring their favorite bottle

Dress Code
The Edelweiss German Restaurant encourages a Business Casual/Resort Wear dress code for those 16 years or older. The following attire is not appropriate: hats (men), "doo-rags", athletic tank tops, muscle-tees, athletic shorts, nor ripped, torn or frayed clothing.
Beer & Wine
In accordance with White County Law, the restaurant is unable to serve beer or wine. However, guests are allowed to bring it into the restaurant for a nominal charge.
